Joshua has been involved in the resources and finance sectors in the development of private and public companies at senior executive or managing director level for 15 years. He is currently a director of Mitchell Morgan, which he founded in 2003, a boutique corporate advisory firm and fund manager with offices in Sydney and Tokyo providing specialised services in the resources, finance and property development sectors.
In addition he is also a director of a number of both public and private resources companies including Ark Mines Ltd, Dome Mines Ltd (Fiji) and Everyday Mine Services Ltd.
Joshua is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. |
